TechDiv

Technical decisions, clearly defined

External, policy-driven decision support for high-responsibility technical choices.

Philosophy

Responsibility in technical decisions cannot be delegated to tools, vendors, or internal assumptions. TechDiv works from explicit policies that make responsibility traceable, assignable, and sustainable over time, even as systems, teams, or ownership structures change.

Long-term thinking is not about ambition, but about durability. TechDiv evaluates whether technical systems can continue to operate under realistic conditions, without hidden dependencies on specific individuals, budgets, or temporary circumstances.

Decisions come before delivery. TechDiv does not deliver improvements, code, or default action plans. The mandate is to provide sufficiently clear grounds to say yes, no or pause, before cost and responsibility become difficult to reverse.

What we don’t do

  • Build, improve, or operate client systems
  • Work without a defined decision context
  • Optimize without clear responsibility
  • Sell ongoing consulting hours

Independent decisions. Explicit responsibility.
